Building Schools for the Future (BSF)

Greens do not support BSF. Despite the promise of huge amounts of cash the policy automatically says yes to Academies for Hull. This New Labour idea gets private business intimately involved with education. For up to £2 million a business gets back 10 times as much from Government and greater control over curriculum and staff then most schools. Overall standards are not rising for Academies. They are not a solution for Hull.
