Leightons Carpets of Hessle Road has plans for its Newland Ave shop. The application includes  a new doorway, a cash machine and  5 anti-ram raid bollards. Is the plan for Leightons to be bought by Tesco? And should we object? More>>>

Tree removal by Network Rail

 

Tree removal has begun at the rear of Ella Street gardens. Network Rail is apparently intending to remove all the trees by the railside the length of the track.  Object to the loss of habitat here. More>>>
