De Menezes 'shot for 30 seconds' |
11 shots over 30 seconds

article) I find every new revelation about the De Menezes killing
more outrageous than the last. You will remember that first reports said he
was killed with a few shots, as he ran from the police, failing to stop when
challenged, wearing a bulky jacket, vaulting a turnstile… WHAT were the odds
on ALL that turning out to be LYING FABRICATIONS? As usual – pardon my
naivete – I gave the authorities the benefit of the doubt. His family’s
solicitor blew these so-called “facts” apart. Well done Gareth Peirce. Now we have this article claiming 11 SHOTS is the correct number
and that these were fired over a period of 30 SECONDS. Try it. It feels
unhinged (or should that be “evil” except that evil gets confused with long
beards these days). In addition the IPCC challenged the witness based on a
map of Stockwell station - which she pointed out was incorrect! Exactly how
deep does this hole go? Protect civil liberties. Say no to ID cards. Martin 26-8-5 |
